I have a Germen Sheppard dog 9 years old with hip displacia.  He is getting to where he drags his legs behind him especially when it is cold.  Letting him outside in the snow causes him to drag his back legs through his own poop.  I have started looking for a way to help him.  I went to Pet Smart in Arvada, Co.
